We are delighted to announce record-breaking GCSE outcomes for the second successive year at Phoenix Academy. Our 2023 GCSE results rank the school in the top 3% of schools nationally. This is an incredible reward for the dedication of both students and teachers alike.The Government's headline measure (Progress 8) enables parents to compare students' achievements across different schools in England. Phoenix's Progress 8 score of +0.75 means that students on average achieve nearly an entire grade higher than similar students nationally. This goes to show the life-changing impact that an education at Phoenix can provide. We are delighted to have have met, and in many cases exceeded, a suite of ambitious targets that we set for ourselves this year.
